- Representatives may share the Center’s posts without altering their language or intent.
- Personal opinions should be clearly stated as personal and not representing the Center.
- Sharing patient information or confidential data is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Protecting Confidentiality
- Do not share patient details or internal reports.
- Unauthorized photos/videos from within the Center are prohibited.
3.5 Legal Compliance
- Follow intellectual property laws.
- Avoid defamatory or misleading content.
- Do not spread rumors or unverified information.
3.6 Professional Conduct
- Do not criticize or defame the Center online.
- Maintain respectful communication.
3.7 Approval Process for Social Media Posts
Submit requests for content featuring the Center’s brand at least 48 hours in advance for approval.

Violations may result in disciplinary action, contract termination, or legal consequences.
6. Power to Amend
Shalaka Imaging Center reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Policy at any time.
